Kay Pee Industries operates a 45,000 square foot manufacturing facility equipped with modern machinery for forging, machining, turning, milling, grinding, hydraulic processing, heat treatment and surface finishing. The in-house laboratory includes advanced testing equipment such as Universal Testing Machines, impact testers, Brinell and Rockwell hardness testers, polishing machines, salt spray test chambers and precision measuring instruments like verniers, micrometers and bore gauges. For additional quality assurance, the company collaborates with NABL-accredited labs like the Institute for Auto Parts and Hand Tools Technology and the Central Tool Room.
