SKS Fasteners Ltd., established in 1996, is a leading manufacturer of high-tensile fasteners in India, known for its consistent quality and industry-leading turnaround times. With over 25 years of experience, the company operates out of a vast 550,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with advanced forging and thread rolling machines, a NABL-accredited laboratory, an in-house tool manufacturing setup and one of the country’s largest collections of Zinc Aluminum Flake Coating plants. SKS also features a fully automated plating plant and heat treatment furnace controlled by SCADA systems, supported by a strong metallurgy department, offering a complete and integrated value chain for fastener manufacturing.
SKS provides a comprehensive manufacturing setup that includes a dedicated raw material facility to support key customer requirements, in-house wire processing with three wire-drawing machines and the ability to manufacture over 3,000 different parts through advanced cold forging technology. Its tool room adds further strength to its robust operations. The company produces both standard metric and inch fasteners, along with highly customized special fasteners developed as per customer drawings and specifications.
